Pierce County Fair:
County Fair Entry Forms:
Fair Entry due date is July 14th. Fair Entry can be mailed to the Horse Department PO Box, hand delivered at a General Meeting, or submitted at a Qualifying Show.

Stall decorating can begin Saturday, August 4th. Stall assignments will be posted no later than Friday, August 3rd. Do not park tack trailers or put up other equipment (pop-ups included) until Tuesday morning, August 7th. Fair entry numbers will determine if we use portable stalls again. We can’t confirm this need until after the July show.

2013 Fair Leaders Packet
Horse Exhibitors BBQ dinner on Wednesday Night starting at 5:30. Horse exhibitors will receive a free dinner, others may purchase on in advance for $7.
All members will participate in 2013 County Fair during the same dates.

Haul-in and Vet Check reminders:
This will be a busy haul in time and patients and grace will need to be
at its height! We will be prepared to bring everyone in as quickly as
possible.
Vet check will take place from 4 to 7. Do your part and be ready to have your member unload and line up while the driver takes the trailer for parking. Don’t get in line for vet check until your horse is uncovered (blankets, wraps, etc). 4-H copy of your horse certificate will be handed back during vet check. If you plan to use the same certificate for next year, you may turn it back into the volunteer at this time!

Mandatory meeting
will be Wednesday evening starting at 8. Sign in for the meeting
will begin at 7:30. All members must be in attendance in order to
participate in the fair. If you can't make it, you must have a
representative in attendance for you. If you can't make it Wednesday
evening, due to scheduling conflict, email Jessica Carr (jessica@northwesthorsepark.com) to make other arrangements.
