Fair entry questions - Reminder, exhibitors will be allowed to ride in 5 riding classes are participate in one showmanship class. Did you fill out your fair entry correctly? Classes entered should have been listed in priority on your fair entry. You should have listed your primary riding division on your fair entry. Mandatory exhibitor meeting Wednesday, August 8th at 8:00 PM. Meeting will be in the stands by the Chuckwagon. Exhibitors in the horse project must be present to show during fair. Sign in will begin at 7:30. Register for volunteer time before you check in.
Volunteer time sign ups must be registered before you check in for the mandatory meeting. Volunteer sheets will be at the show office between 2 and 7:30 on Wednesday for families to pick their volunteer jobs. There are volunteer jobs before fair as well. Record Books & Posters can be picked up from the show office on Wednesday between 4 and 8.
Stall Assignments have been posted at the fairgrounds and on the website. Club tack trailer locations will be posted on Tuesday. Pop ups or tents can't be put up on or around the horse area before Tuesday, August 7th.
Fair T-shirts are in and ready to be picked. Lori will be at the fairgrounds Monday night. You can arrange to pick them up in Graham earlier and Wednesday for haul in is fine too.For those that ordered white to tie dye, Charli Pierce will be at the fairgrounds Monday at 5:00 with the supplies to dye the shirts.
